Service Description

For individuals who have previously had an Initial Consultation. Follow up appointment to note changes following on from last appointment and to update and modify if required our treatment plan. Please note if you book this service and you have not had an Initial Consultation then the appointment will be cancelled and you will be contacted to book in an Initial Consultation instead.
